Tammi is the Managing Director, Chief Operational Risk Officer and Global Head of Non-Financial Risk Frameworks at Morgan Stanley. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, she was the Global Head of Operational Risk Oversight, Governance, and Testing at Capital One. Tammi started her career at Oliver Wyman, where she was promoted to Partner and held senior roles including Co-Head of the Compliance Risk Management practice in the Americas and Head of the New York Office.

Tammi is passionate about social impact. She has been on the Leadership Council for New York with Upwardly Global since 2010 and joined the Board in 2020. At Capital One and Oliver Wyman, she held senior roles related to leading their community engagement in the region.

Tammi graduated with Distinction from the University of Sydney, Australia, with a B. Commerce in Finance, Accounting, and Econometrics, and a B. Science in Psychology; she is also a CFA charterholder.
