About R.J. Fox


R.J. Fox is a Vice President of Growth, Performance & Operations at LinkedIn. As a part of the Marketing leadership team at LinkedIn, he’s responsible for Marketing Technology, Marketing Analytics & Reporting and Channel Strategy & Operations for the company.

R.J. has been at LinkedIn for over 8 years, in various roles across the Marketing organization, including leading Product Marketing for LinkedIn’s Recruiter product as well as launching and scaling the LinkedIn Learning business in Product Marketing & Growth Marketing roles. Prior to LinkedIn, R.J. was a Senior Analyst at Korn Ferry International, where he supported strategic growth initiatives for the Financial Officers Practice. 

R.J. gravitates towards purpose-driven organizations. Outside of LinkedIn, R.J. is on the Advisory Board for Ameelio, a non-profit seeking to transform America’s correctional system with technology.  

R.J. received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Southern California and a MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He has two young kids, is an avid music fan that is currently trying to learn the piano, and occasionally you will find him on a river getting outsmarted by the local fish population.
