Alanna Stang is the co-founder and principal of Well Said, a women- owned content consultancy that advises individuals, organizations, and brands on how to articulate their identity, amplify their message, and develop their thought leadership in the public arena. A former editorial executive, Alanna brought an inspiring yet accessible information-driven approach to wellness, lifestyle, design, and sustainability as editor-in-chief of Whole Living and executive editor of both Martha Stewart Living and Condé Nast’s Cookie. She has deep experience in — and ongoing love for — packaging visual books, guiding online content, and working with brands and marketers to shape messages of all kinds. Alanna is the co-author of two books: The Green House: New Directions in Sustainable Architecture (Princeton Architectural Press, 2005) and Time for Dinner: Strategies, Inspiration, and Recipes for Family Meals Every Night of the Week (Chronicle Books, 2010).
