Sujan worked in broadcasting in Nepal as a video editor for various television companies. In the U.S., he applied for jobs at many local television companies, but had no luck securing a job. He was working a survival job at a donut shop when he was suggested to see Upwardly Global and enrolled in their program. Sujan got matched with an engineer that worked for Accenture Broadcast. He applied for the technical director position, and after three interviews, he got the job. Today, he still works at Accenture, and is a senior manager in strategy and consulting.
