The full list of eligible visas for Upwardly Global’s Career Coaching Program:

  • Green card: All green cards, such as CR-1, DV, F3, F4, IR-1, IR-5, SB, etc.
  • I-94 holder: Refugee, asylee, SIV, or parolee with Temporary Work Authorization
  • IW: Spouse of a deceased U.S. citizen
  • Pending asylum with EAD: An asylum review has been filed, evaluation is underway, and you have received your EAD. You will be asked if your case is affirmative and if you are working with a lawyer
  • SI or SQ: Special Immigrant Visa
  • TPS: Temporary Protected Status
  • T-1/T-2: Victim of human trafficking/ spouse of a victim of human trafficking who has already received a three-year EAD
  • U: Victim of criminal activity/ spouse of a victim of criminal activity who has already received a two-year EAD)
  • L2: Partner of Employer-sponsored visa
  • R2: Spouse of R-1
  • J2: Spouse of Exchange Visitor
  • H4: Spouse of an H1-B visa holder
  • EB-1, EB-2, EB-3: Employment-based visa for extraordinary ability
  • K1: Fiancee of a U.S. citizen awaiting green card.
  • K3: Spouse of a U.S. citizen awaiting approval of I-130 Petition/ Green card.
  • U.S. citizen* — *Only if you have lived in the U.S. for five years or less but became a naturalized citizen or left the U.S. as a young child and returned as an adult.

At this time Upwardly Global is unable to accept any visa that is contingent on your or your spouse’s existing employment by a U.S. company or government agency, as well as any visa that does not include work authorization, such as a student, tourist, or transit visa. If you hold one of these visas but are already in the process of applying for asylum, choose “Asylum” on the application form.
