Back To Top Culture at Work - An Upwardly Global Alumni Perspective As Upwardly Global Alumni establish and grow their careers in the U.S. workforce, they open the door a bit wider for the new Americans that follow. Part of this involves educating peers and managers about their own cultures and about their experiences acclimating to the U.S. job search and workplace culture. In this position, Jufri is applying his library research experience to evaluate foreign educational documents and credentials. Jufri earned an Associate Degree in French and a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from the University of Padjadjaran in Bandung, Indonesia . Tatiana, an accountant from Moldova, recently obtained a position as an Accounts Payable Specialist, with Tumbleweed Communications. Tatiana is applying her 8 years of experience as a Sr. Accountant in several small and medium sized companies in Moldova . Tatiana holds both a Bachelor and Master Degree from Moldova State University , the top state university in the country. Christian, of Costa Rica, has started a position with West LB as a Manager of Structure Finance.
