Paula Restrepo, Volunteer Program Manager (New York)

Paula brings to Upwardly Global more than 6 years of private sector and 10 years of nonprofit sector experience. In her native Colombia, Paula was the General Manager of a company with five branches and was responsible for opening a new branch. She also worked as the Strategy Manager for a nonprofit organization dedicated to the pre-incubation and incubation of new technology companies. She came to the U.S in 2004 and received a MPA in Non-for-profit Management and Policy at Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service at New York University. She holds an MS in International Business Management from University of Bogotá JTL and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from National University of Colombia.
