Our Team
Nikki Cicerani, Executive Director (New York)
Nikki Cicerani comes to Upwardly Global with a unique background in program development for nonprofit organizations, as well as organizational development and change management inside a Fortune 1000 company. Prior to joining Upward Global, Nikki worked with Morgan Stanley’s Private Wealth Management group where she cultivated high net worth clients that included CEOs and very wealthy families, a skill set she now employs in fundraising for Upwardly Global. In addition to developing and implementing a workforce training curriculum and a mentoring program for women entrepreneurs at Women’s Venture Fund, Nikki also worked on optimizing workforce outcomes as a Supervising Associate with The Center for the New Workforce, a group inside Ernst and Young’s Office of the Chairman. The group was mandated to increase women’s retention and advancement inside the firm by creating and rolling out programs to address the specific needs of the firm’s talented women professionals. By building partnerships with the firm’s leadership to implement these programs, women at the partnership level increased from three percent to 11 percent in only five years. Nikki is a 2004 graduate of Columbia Business School, where she was President of Columbia Women in Business, a 400 member organization. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Policy Analysis from Cornell University.
