Our Team

Lara Mouritsen, Development Intern (San Francisco)

Lara supports development and fundraising work for the Bay area. She graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2009 with a BA in Global and International Studies with a regional focus on East Asia, and a minor in Spanish. While studying abroad at the Universidad de Chile in Santiago, Chile in 2008, Lara interned with the micro-finance organization Fondo-Esperanza. As a student at UCSB, Lara was also involved in multiple volunteer and interest groups including Surfrider Isla Vista and a Human Rights Group.
