Aaron Winters, Employer Network Program Manager (San Francisco)

Aaron brings eight years of program management and marketing experience in non-profits and foundations to his role as manager of employer partnerships. Prior to joining Upwardly Global, Aaron managed business development for AIESEC United States and led a sales force to create and deliver international internship and training programs to companies, universities and governments across 64 countries. Aaron has also written on topics related to Global Human Resources and has been published by the Society of Human Resource Management. Aaron graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from San Diego State University. Aaron has lived in Asia, Europe and Latin America, and speaks fluent Spanish and intermediate Russian.
